We had previously paid 2 different local contractors to repair this water leak into our basement. But after every hard rain, the water was back in our basement. Finally, we found Mr. Steve Scarfo through Angie's List, and although based in Dover, NJ, a good 45 minutes to 1 hour away from our home, he was the only one listed who would service our area.
