The work itself is good and they took care of my yard effortlessly. Unfortunately like most companies upper management is useless. It makes me wonder how they are in positions when they know absolutely nothing about the machinery, how equipment works or the work that’s being done.
I couldn’t be happier with the results from Native Fields since I became a customer just about two years ago! My lawn has never looked so healthy, lush and vibrant. One star because I can’t give them 0. Spent whole spring planting garden patch in front of the house and tending to it. Today one of their guys vandalized it by just cutting in with weed whacker. Even shredded through red flags that clearly warn no maintenance.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. After investing significant amount of time, effort and money on the front patch of our garden, their employee deliberately vandalized it. We had a total of 4 red flags stating "No Maintenance Required" which were provided to us by Native Fields. Their employee also cut and shredded all 4 flags. I am not sure why this companies employee felt it was necessary to vandalize our property to the extent that he did. I would never recommend to work with this company.
