I live in a HOA location in Montville, NJ. I moved in less than 2 months a g o i seen snow removal there and where it does go to. Sidewalks get cleared off and salted and witnessed snow shoveled into shrubs along the sidewalk after snowing otherwise no snow removal is done at all or salted between vehicles where residents do park. The work itself is good and they took care of my yard effortlessly. Unfortunately like most companies upper management is useless. It makes me wonder how they are in positions when they know absolutely nothing about the machinery, how equipment works or the work that’s being done.

One star because I can’t give them 0. Spent whole spring planting garden patch in front of the house and tending to it. Today one of their guys vandalized it by just cutting in with weed whacker. Even shredded through red flags that clearly warn no maintenance.
