Amazing company. 3 days before Christmas had a sewer back up (sewage water) in my Chiropractic office washroom and into my hallway and one room. Smell was awful! Called United Water and they came right away. Cleaned up, cut the floor and drywall, sealed it off and stayed until 1 AM. Used their special equipment to deodorize and sanitize. We were able to use the front two thirds of the office the next day to treat patients. Professional, polite and efficient. Highly recommend.
Needless to say I was stressed when disaster hit my finished basement. United arrived that same day and started the clean up right away. It took a few weeks with fans and dehumidifiers but the finished product looks great. You would not be able to tell that there was ever any damage. It also helped that they worked well with the insurance company.

My house had flooding in the whole fully furnished 1 bed apt basement + furnace room + laundry room. Pipe collapsed which caused the main drian back up in sewage and water. I got up to this Saturday morning walking into wet carpet and feet soaked. My bathroom renovation was getting increasingly frustrating with delay upon delay. Thankfully the team from United Water Restoration stepped up to help me finish this project.
