My basement flooded with about 2” of water. Come to find out my sump pump was bad and needed to be replaced (that’s what caused the flood). I called several companies that serviced The Monroe, Michigan area and AJ answered the cal!He was very polite and helpful. He came out roughly an hour later after initial call as promised to come take a look and service my basement. AJ and his team did a great job at my aunts house. Job ended up being a lot worse than he originally planned. He honored his original quote and didn't try to add on any extra hidden charges. Very patient in dealing with senoir citizens who were hard of hearing.

We recently had a flooded basement and United Water restoration company was amazing to work with. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and immediately got to work. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the crew worked hard all day to get everything cleaned up and started the drying process. During a stressful situation, they made everything so much easier. Highly recommend their team if you ever need restoration services!

when I originally made this review it was during the restoration before everything had been finished. It's been a couple months now since they finished the restoration and there's a lot of things that I can find that they've done wrong. The first major problem is they painted my entire basement with flat paint I paid extra for them to paint the entire house they used flat paint everywhere.
