My basement flooded with about 2” of water. Come to find out my sump pump was bad and needed to be replaced (that’s what caused the flood). I called several companies that serviced The Monroe, Michigan area and AJ answered the cal!He was very polite and helpful. He came out roughly an hour later after initial call as promised to come take a look and service my basement. AJ and his team did a great job at my aunts house. Job ended up being a lot worse than he originally planned. He honored his original quote and didn't try to add on any extra hidden charges. Very patient in dealing with senoir citizens who were hard of hearing.

Their pricing was very reasonable, and the crew worked hard all day to get everything cleaned up and started the drying process. During a stressful situation, they made everything so much easier.
