UPDATE – August 11, 2026: UWRG publicly invited me to contact both offices to work toward a resolution. I promptly called both numbers provided. Sarasota located the account, contacted another UWRG office while I was on hold, and advised that someone from the appropriate/corporate office would call me. Pompano Beach also promised a callback. Updated 7/16/26: Collection action confirmed and in dispute. Note owner's reply: I am the partner of the woman who owns the house. United Water Restoration remediated a flood at our condo recently (December 2025). Their team (Jason, Gabor and team) showed up within 30 minutes of being dispatched. They were extremely friendly and quickly jumped into action. Nicholas Lauber was our main point of contact during this stressful and terrible time for my family. Nicholas checked our site daily and updated us via text or phone call for progress reports which we're really grateful for as we were displaced from our home for 5 days.
