The company is closed. They charged total more than 8,000 dollars to other sides and left. They did their best but my wife case hasn't been settled. We have to pay 8,000 dollars to new lawyer due to disbursements of UVL. It is very shamed that we have to deal with everything from ground floor.
Be very careful when you leave this union. I stopped work due to an industry related industry injury, I paused my subscription, but they started up the substantial dues without informing me. When I am at my lowest financial situation, they stitched me up. I will never join a union again, because they are just like our heinous overlords, it’s just about grabbing the money. Thank you for breaking my socialist heart.
It is really worth belonging to this unions cleaners are often injured or killed at work and cannot afford their own lawyer.
