The driver intentionally drove in the opposite direction from our destination just so she could overcharge us. When called out on it, she kept insisting on continuing the route. We had to ask her to pull over.
Driver spoke awful English and was charged twice.
We were rear ended by a taxi for this company while at a standstill. Driver not paying attention and caused significant damages. On top of all of this, even with the driver admitting fault, they did not (nor their insurance) provide a cent towards getting our vehicle fixed, nor the PT we had to undergo. Scummy operator overall. Would strongly recommend Diamond Cabs or Yellow if looking for a decent taxi service.
