I had one venaseal procedure, supposed to have had at least 4. Dr. Melissa Dunn was horrible, rude, worst bedside manner, dismissive, arrogant and condescending. She and the whole clinic gave zero education going into all this, zero lack of concern or empathy and paid $3000 for nothing. This was the worst experience. Afterwards was extremely painful and weird leg sensations from just one procedure and it took about 1 1/2 months to have my leg feel normal again. Beware!! They will tell you they take your insurance, that you have pre-authorization...not true. They won't tell you the costs, zero transparency.
I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before seeking care here. If I could give zero stars I would. I am surprised at some of the reviews saying how "nice" she is, because I never had that experience with her. Dr. Dunn and her team in Longmont are giving gold standard care when it comes to vein treatment. I’ve had experience with several practices and can say this has been, by far, the best care I have received from any specialist, but especially for vein care. Appointments are on time and efficient.
