This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a medical office. The behavior from one of the female medical assistants was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The way I was spoken to felt condescending and disrespectful, as if basic courtesy toward patients was optional. In a healthcare setting where people are already stressed or vulnerable, that kind of attitude is unacceptable.
