Very bad service legs never fix and they take the money from your insurance plus take money from your account without notifying you. Very bad experience!
Terrible customer service!! Waiting 2 weeks for a manager or supervisor to call me back.
My mother is in a nursing home and was stating her legs hurt. I found Dr Azar office. We had some trouble filling out the paperwork but a real sweet lady named venis came out and helped us, then she helped my mom change into some shorts. Then not much later she started her treatments and the same lady was with her she come out of the first procedure and all the way back to her home she did nothing but talk about how gentle and sweet she was.
