Billing is a nightmare. Can't get through to them on the phone. Three different companies-Chesapeake Urology, Summit Ambulatory, and United Urology. Wish I had gone with another practice

If I could give this company a zero I would. You can't get anyone on the phone in any office. You cannot get in touch with anyone in billing. EVER!!!!!!!. I have literally called and put my phone down for over an hour to get someone on the phone to discuss paying my husbands medical bills. This has got to be the worst group on the plannet. Don't even get me started on the "Chat" for help. No one know nothing or takes ownership of helping you. You are a disgrace to the medical community. The one in Inverness is the poorest experience I've ever had I tried for a month to get a appointment and just got the run around meanwhile my problem got worse I called brooksville and got in the next day
