Camcele la poliza de auto y carro con esta compañia porque la agente nunca esta didponible le pedi ciertas cosas rn la poliza y hace lo que a ella le conviene MJ insurance haganse un favor y no la contraten y si tienen poliza con ella chequen bien que sea lo que necesita . Llame directamemte a la compañia de seguro y la misma actitud nor imagino en un reclamo como te van a tratar . NO CONTRATEN ESTA ASEGURANZA NO AYUDAN CANCELE MI POLIZA DESDE EL 13 DE ABRIL Y ES DIA QUE NO RECIBO MI REEMBOLSO .

Super hard to work with. No customer service line so the customer feels very out of touch with the company. Not reliable in the least when sending back refund checks. They will have you wanting for a very long time. They are not willing to compromise with customers. Not friendly. Underwriters are very cold and not great people to work with. Overall awful experience.

I recently had to file a claim with United Underwriters Insurance due to some water damage in my home. It wasn’t a huge loss, but it was enough to require repairs. Before they would even proceed with my claim, I was required to gather written estimates from all contractors who would be working on my home. After collecting those estimates and submitting them, I waited well over three weeks without any progress on the claim.
