Super hard to work with. No customer service line so the customer feels very out of touch with the company. Not reliable in the least when sending back refund checks. They will have you wanting for a very long time. They are not willing to compromise with customers. Not friendly. Underwriters are very cold and not great people to work with. Overall awful experience.

I recently had to file a claim with United Underwriters Insurance due to some water damage in my home. It wasn’t a huge loss, but it was enough to require repairs. Before they would even proceed with my claim, I was required to gather written estimates from all contractors who would be working on my home. After collecting those estimates and submitting them, I waited well over three weeks without any progress on the claim. Worst insurance ever. Go anywhere else.. I had business insurance with you Guys and just cancelled. I can post everything if necessary. Will not let me respond to your comment on here. Terrible..
