I had such an amazing time with United Transmission in Westfield, MA! I had a bad U-joint in the rear and it shook my pinion gasket loose in the rear differential. So I was loosing rear differential fluids down the road. This is the best shop in town! The kindest and most generous mechanics and staff. Always there to help and willing to work to aid the customer in any way possible. It is an incredibly welcoming, clean and polished environment. And all the people make the experience even better. I always feel myself and my car are well taken care of.
Highly impressed with this body shop! If you are looking for honesty and great customer service then choose HERE! Mindy & Michelle at the front desk were very friendly and informative and would call me with updates in a timely manner. Chris, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and offered me alternative solutions to my oil leak issue, which in the end saved me $1800, thank you very much! Truly appreciate all your help!
Great experience!! Mindy got me in right away, and they communicated effectively and quickly. The problem was addressed right away and I had my work van back same day. Well done to the team!!
