Tyler and Jaimie have created such a fantastic gym. It was a great pleasure to make this my regular 7am spot, and even over a year after having moved, I still miss it. Happy to see it's thriving - can't imagine it wouldn't have gone on to do so well, with all the effort and passion poured into it.
If you are training for a Hyrox these boys at United know what they are talking about! Pace, strength, conditioning and technique. I feel so much more confident for my race after training here.
I have been doing PT sessions with Tyler and it's been a game-changer. He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and great in setting and pushing goals. Highly recommended for anyone looking to level up their fitness and strength.
Awesome gym with top-notch coaches and a motivating vibe. After only three months, I’ve made great progress in strength and endurance. Their HYROX-focused training was exactly what I was looking for.
Came here for their hyrox Saturday session and absolutely loved it!! Extremely friendly and accomodating service. Tyler was a great coach and super friendly. Vibe of the gym was amazing and everybody was so welcoming. Will 100% be back here to try out the other sessions!!
