Been training here for the last 4 weeks and it’s been absolutely fantastic. Really friendly and open environment and they also work hard to get the best out of you. All the staff and other members are really sound and welcoming, you just get stuck in from the first session you rock up. Sessions are well thought out and a good mix of lifting and intensity. I loved my time training with Tyler and the team. It’s a wonderful, positive, and uplifting environment. For anyone wanting to take their training to the next level while being surrounded by like-minded, driven people, this is the facility to go to.
This gym was my home away from home while I was visiting Melbourne from the States. Their programming was spot on and very consistent with the Hyrox training I was used to. I hit up the early morning class for a few days and was always greeted with warmth and positivity.
