If I could give united cargo trailers a 0 for quality I would. The quality was bad enough that I "refused" to accept it. It had Missing bolts, hinge bolts screwed in halfway at an angle. The locking pole didn't lock on the bottom. There were 6 holes drilled for the lower locking bracket and it was still off. I refused to accept the trailer. The pole come sprayed with dull gray paint and not the normal finished chrome pole. (overspray was included) United Trailer claimed it didn't fall under their warranty guidelines.... read more
