My trailer disconnected light came on between Oklahoma City & Longview TX. My trailer is still under warranty so I called the manufacturer (Kaufman) & they recommended this place to me. Turns out it was a magnet issue with the brakes, they worked with the warranty company had me back on the road the same day. DO NOT EVER rent a trailer from united trailer sales in white oak. They put a trailer on my truck which came off on the highway causing my truck to roll over. Their guy put the ball on, their guy installed the trailer. Now they are claiming they are not liable and will not help with the loss. What a lack of integrity!
