Took my car to this auto shop to get squeaking fixed, and a oil change. After one of the workers diagnosed the problem, he said the squeaking was the rack and pinion that needed to be replaced. With that, I instructed him to replace the rack and pinion since he said that was the problem. After getting my car back I noticed the squeaking was still there. Unhappy with the service I got today. Went to rotation and balance and my truck is shaking even more then it was. They talking about my rim is bent or my tire have a bump in it. That full of bull. Can't go over 60. My truck wasn't shaking like that.
Stay away crooked and poor business took advantage of my teenage daughter and wouldn't warranty a tire that went flat in a day even with proof of purchase sorry business practices and only out for themselves!!!
