The guys at the United Tires in Downingtown are awesome (Frank and Kevin). My family and I were in Florida on vacation and got a flat tire. We purchased the road hazard coverage and called Frank to see how to handle it. They made several calls to dealers in Florida and arranged for a new tire to be sent to a local shop. They even paid for the tire directly. They made the experience as painless as possible given our circumstances. I'd recommend these guys to anyone in the Downingtown area! - Dave Fechtman
We got a flat tire on Lancaster Avenue, and I knew we were close to hitting rim. I knew they were just up the street and we pulled in. Paul was very helpful and could see I was frantic. It was my son's first experience with trying to fight a curb. The curb won. Paul didn't have my tire in stock, but he could get one there in about an hour. And they did! Checked my Kia Soul's undercarriage and made sure nothing was damaged. Great job, guys!
