I called with a tire problem. Right down the road at the Wawa. Explained I was stuck. I wasn’t asking for someone from the shop to come help me. I was asking for help with the air machine at Wawa. Just a question about getting the air machine to work, since there wasn’t anyone at Wawa to help me.,Guy was very rude on the phone and practically laughed at me. RecommendedI do most of the work on my car, so I know whats done and what needs done. Honest service, they brought up everything I knew it needed, and only addressed what I asked, very pleased with them. (it's cold out, and it needed tires, glad I am not doing the work at this time of year) A+
