I called with a tire problem. Right down the road at the Wawa. Explained I was stuck. I wasn’t asking for someone from the shop to come help me. I was asking for help with the air machine at Wawa. Just a question about getting the air machine to work, since there wasn’t anyone at Wawa to help me.,Guy was very rude on the phone and practically laughed at me. Everyone was great 4 tires installed and my car is riding great
Went to United Tire of Downingtown. Got a same day appointment for state inspection and brake repair. Earl was the mechanic who worked on my car and he was amazing. He was fast. I told him that I had a deadline that I needed to leave by 3 to pick up my daughter and he had me out the door in plenty of time. Brakes feel great. I will absolutely be back!

My boyfriend ended up with a flat while at work, & I came across United Tire & Service of Phoenixville through an online search for help. Although it was past the cut-off time for same-day appointments, I decided to make the attempt, & I explained the situation in the comments box.
