Trusted them with my car how disappointed I was. First I took my car there Friday was told I would get my car back that day. Didn't get it back until Wednesday you count the days.Then when I did get my car back it had a light on that was not there when I drop it off so I called them with in 15 minutes was told to bring it back sounds good but not the case. The mechanic is a joke! I went their to get my 08 cobalt fixed because my resister went bad on my blower. Now I go their for him to check it out and see how much it would cost, this smart guy “fixed it” for $60 freaking dollars after I told him to only give me a price, don’t work on anything yet. So as he forces us to pay 1 week later my blower went out and he’s trying to charge me again, so we see if he can fix it only to wait after 4 hours he can’t fix the problem he made. HAHA! Super kind and honest people. I always bring my car to united tire and muffler without any worries .
I have taken my cars here for over 20 years. My entire family uses them. They do excellent work at a fair price. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. They will NEVER do unnecessary work. I won't go anywhere else. They deserve 10 stars.
