Even though I have purchased my tile through this company the customer service is terrible!! I will never use them again.
I’ve called multiple times for warranty work. I was given a day and the installers never showed up or call to reschedule. I called to find out what was going on and was told I would receive a phone call right back. Hasn’t happened. I am quite disappointed and would suggest people to finder another vendor. EDIT:I now find out that they never ordered the cabinets even though this date has been scheduled since the beginning of October.
I would not use them again, or recommend them. I did not feel that all subs sent to lay the tile were experienced enough. We still have gaps in some of our mosaics that most people might not notice, but I do. We were also told our marble floor had been sealed. A specialist confirmed that it had not. Some of our issues were fixed after I postponed paying them. Others I just had to live with because I didn't want to fight them anymore. We had a wonderful experience working with United Tile! The best selection around and super helpful!!
Was told they would replace carpet the week of Thanksgiving. Called the week before to verify price and left a message. They still have not called back a week later. My builder (DSLD) hired them for the tile and carpet. Contacting my builder to let them know they might want to find someone else from now on since the company they use can't return calls.

Highly recommend. We have used United Tile on a number of occasions. All of which turned out great.
I used United Tile's Baton Rouge location for my floors and shower after my house flooded. They were great! They worked with me on all my ideas and designs and were very patient. John Michael went above and beyond with us and we are so grateful! I highly recommend United Tile and am extremely satisfied with their products and customer service
