Missing Paid Certification – Total cost is $45 (including Certificate). Unfortunately my smog test certification was never been send to DMV. A few weeks later, I got a ticket for no updated sticker on my license plate. The officer check his computer, and mentioned that I was missing the smog check, everything else were OK.
