Buyer beware!!! I received a letter from a so-called therapist and got denied through a housing company only because of the esa so I started investigating . I checked the credentials for the therapist in my states database and she was not licensed at all, in any state. Your giving personal information out to people that don’t have a valid license. The therapist I had was Dr. J, Clarizo. He was very caring and helpful during my time of need. He was also very attentive kind and understanding! Thank you so much again!
They walk you through the process, easy to use, they are readily available for questions. This has been a very positive experience, they emailed my letter approx 3 hours after signing up and paying the fee. Would definitely recommend!
Very disappointing experience. Gary (a manager supposadly) was very rude & condescending while I was requesting a refund for a PSD letter that was not completed. The original sales representative informed me that the payment would only be processed if the service was completed. I was informed that the psychiatrist could email a questionnaire vs phone call. This was not true. When speaking with Gary I was told that I would only be receiving 50% of my charge. I have not been able to find any documentation or info informing ppl... read more
