The owner is RUDE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This is the cheapest but for a good reason. I’d rather pay more for respect. I called to make sure I hadn’t missed a call since hours had passed since I placed my order - the manager / owner (I did not catch his name ) was very rude and spoke in a condescending and demeaning tone. He sounded beyond irritated when I said a simple “hello”. The letter I received did not include a license number for my state. My Property Manager told me they could only accept it if the doctor was licensed in Nevada. When I called USA the doctor told them I needed to pay $45 for additional documentation. I pushed back because I am only asking for a letter that is valid in Nevada, which is what I paid for.
