When we called the customer service representative hung up without explaining anything. We called back and he was extremely rude and he didn’t care to speak with us because he had “other customers to take care of”. I wouldn’t do commerce with this company.
I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I spoke with someone named Mike, who may have even given me a false name. Instead of providing assistance, he came across as sarcastic and unhelpful. Overall, it was the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
The don't have plumbing productos. Very bad costumer service and the hrs on Google are wrong they close at 4:30. Putos
The individuals working here are very helpful and are able to assist/answer your technical connections. They assisted me in purchasing the materials I needed to complete my project.
