Ever since the change in management...The quality of price and service has gone DOWN.I have been a customer for years but I am going to change now!! The new mgrs. put in their off brands (essential) and hired new people that are not helpful or know what they are doing
G.M. And head of in store demos (Susan) are extremely rude to their younger employees. I have witnessed it first hand,more than once. I will not spend another dime in that store until these two are replaced. I have actually seen employees working on their shift with tears on their faces When I ask them (yes I'm nosey and concerned) they always answer the same. They were fired. Great. Store and excellenct prices
We were thrilled with the beautiful wrist corsage Carol created for us at the United on Amarillo Blvd. each was an individual and gorgeous . I will definitely return for my florist needs.
I was treated so bad I will never return. They do not have any compassion or heart ! If you want one treated with respect and dignity DO NOT GO HERE ! You will not find it here ! My veterinarian treats my dog and cat better than these people treat humans !
When this store opens I'm sure it will be nice, we look forward to it.
They are always so helpful by taking out my groceries
