the worst place to cut your hair
Some of the worst customer service and customer communication I've ever had. I was running a bit behind, tried calling and commenting with barber and he said he would take me if I paid triple the amount upfront. Then he said he would cut my hair after his lunch break for $100. Because I told him that getting the haircut was very important to me for my wifes birthday that weekend.And all of this is after I've been going there for over a year now. Best haircut I've had that I can remember. Mo took his time and did a great job.
We had such a wonderful experience with Omar today. He was very professional, patient, and friendly. My Son is 6 years old and has autism and Omar was able to accommodate him and gave him a cut exactly like we wanted. I came with my 1 year old daughter and we felt very comfortable. Mo even offered us some refreshments. The shop is big, clean, and smells good. My son left the shop happy and very good looking! Mo is the best in town nothing less. Been going to him for almost 7+ years now. He has an amazing customer service experience to offer and tons of different services to offer! 10/10 recommendation !
