Entire experience with this company was very good. Glen Yarbrough. who designed and priced the project and Wyatt Shaw who managed and performed the work were extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. Detarius and Austin who helped Wyatt were friendly. Communication was exceptional.
Sales person very informative, polite and professional. Work crews the same.
Chris Gabrielli in the field and Juanita in the office quickly helped me with a foundation concern. I really appreciate their attentiveness and timeliness in dealing with the situation and putting my mind at ease. I will continue to recommend USS to anyone needing foundation repair in Middle Tennessee.
We decided on USS for lifting a front porch step and our driveway where it meets the garage. Bryce Fix was our technician . He let us know what time to expect him, was on time and once here, he totally explained the process. He did such a thorough job and I couldn't be more impressed with his attention to detail and the clean up afterwards.
