RecommendedGreat facility and owner!
Both of my boys have trained at USPC over the past several years. USPC has helped them to become stronger, faster and better athletes. The trainers have worked with each of them to ensure success by helping them reach their individual goals as well as proper technique, confidence and safety. The equipment is best you will ever use - the trainers are proficient, knowledgeable and friendly- I highly recommend this facility.
Whatever your goals are they have you covered. Great people and facility.
Both of my children train at this facility. They have given my children the ability to be successful.The staff teaches the proper technique to lift weights with out getting hurt.The speed work is the best in Charlotte. Thanks USPC.
