I have join myself, and I was so happy to receive my membership card,.USA Masters Swimming is an excellent organization to join, yes it takes a patience and hard work of the swimmer, but the rewards are so great To be able to swim to stay healthy and to benefit the whole body for a work out with this organization is a blessing itself. Their work outs are design to sculpt the body and tone it, each workout is design for that swimmers level. They work with you. each member can join a swim club in their area.
The absolute best! At 83, masters has kept me healthe and spicy...just think of what it can do for the plus 83 or minus the same..our group has all ages and improves on our socioablity and fun....can't think of a better club....and our couch, Lynn Lund keeps it all together.
