At 70, I have learned to swim. Adults, this is so much fun and doable. The instructors are great and take their time with you. You learn the skills and are able to apply them within a 4 day period. I love it.
It keeps your mind sharp and your body feeling great.
Always! The people are great, I do not currently work out with a club, but my local Y is considering it.... so maybe.... just maybe...... we will soon have a team. US Masters has a great support structure.
My schedule doesn't permit me to work out with a group. However I attend a couple meets each year. The master swimmers are all so nice and inclusive here in the MOVY masters. Fast, slow, old, young, they are very inclusive group.
