It took 5 hours to get unloaded. This facility is extremely slow and clearly understaffed. Drivers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a simple unload. They really need to hire more people or improve their process. Very disappointing experience.
The front-desk lady treated me very poorly. Her attitude and comments made me feel singled out and disrespected. The way she spoke to me felt unfair and inappropriate. Management needs to address this behavior immediately.”
