Just purchased my first car from them, super friendly experience from Nour, would recommend!
Absolutely the worst car sales experience I have ever received. The salesperson Shareef was completely unprofessional. Didn’t believe I was calling to purchase a used Tesla. Pressured me to sign the sales paperwork electronically before arriving to see the video. The “safety” they had completed missed that one of the four tires didn’t match the other three. PART THREE! Because I’m still having issues with this POS truck. Hey Shareef, me again. My truck has now completely stopped running. Stalls out immediately after turning on - after stalling out at red lights and stops. The original starting issue turned out to be the fuel module, which rattled like a spray paint can when we took it off. Terrible phone service when asking details from "mike" or mark. Explained in detail and came. The sleepy guy nit interested in sales asked are you here to buy or only look. Upon enquiry of certain cars it showed more damage than the price and he wouldn't show it properly. Then he claim " 200 cars what do you want ?" . Then couldn't find keys . Stay away and check yourself cars properly and this place not recommended at all .
