I spoke with a salesperson yesterday about a 2018 Ford Edge and told them I was driving 80 km to see the car today. I even scheduled a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby shop. I arrived this morning only to be told the car was sold a few days ago. This dealership has no respect for its customers' time.

My dad bought a used car for me from these guys last month and thought everything was fine. However it took nearly two weeks for them to have the car ready for us and when we finally got to pick it up, not even a week in, we were getting a warning that there was something wrong with the AWD system.
