We have had the absolute WORST experience possible. Worse still...it's almost June, they started in February...and it's still not done. Don't expect them to help you either! This company will simply tell you it's not their problem, that it's the installers problem. They give you no help, no one to call, and we have been left sitting here for more than a month...almost 2...with a solar system in the roof that doesn't connect to the battery and only works during the day. They are quick to sell you a product and install it. Warranty basically does not exist. You have to pay $95 just for them to come out and look at the issue, then pay for parts and labor! This is for a warrantied item! My last solar panels were warrantied for 16 years these only 5. I can pay anyone that price to come out and fix my issue. A warranty should cover everything. So far I am not sure what the warranty does cover. Ask a lot of questions, get your answers in writing!

Great at installation but not so good with follow through when equipment doesn't work.
Solar energy is environmentally wonderful , and they take pride in their work .
