Dr Amer and Jen are the best orthodontic professionals. Everyone in the Glen Allen office is amazing and kind. You get free coffee or water when you’re there and the environment is clean and updated. 100/10 recommend this office and their staff
I've been going here for routine dental work for a few years now. Each time I go, I'm on time for my appointment but they're always at least 30 minutes behind. No apologies for the tardiness are ever given. Today, I was given an insurance card back that wasn't mine and a consent form for a root canal that I didn't even need. It shouldn't be this hard to get quality dental care since it's legitimately just a routine cleaning. Please do better for your patients.
