This practice blatantly misrepresents facts and commits fraudulent billing practices. When I scheduled an annual preventative skin screening, I was told this office does perform them and takes my insurance. Not until I received a $600 bill declined by my insurance was I told that they do not perform covered preventative skin screenings but instead bill as a specialist visit. Avoid this scam of a practice at all costs.

The staff and assistants were very friendly and helpful, but the doctor who I met with wasn't very informative. I essentially ended up being charged $500 dollars for him to squeeze a cyst while wearing gloves. If I had known I wouldn't have bothered coming.

The online payment portal does not work. We haven't been called back after trying to pay our bill over the phone and leaving multiple messages. We've not had a good experience w/ the doctors at this company nor the billing department. Would not recommend.

I have went to the Mount Vernon Illinois location for over 20 years!!!!!!! I will NO longer continue now that this business took over! The managers are RUDE- the receptionist are ignorant and have no clue about products or procedures. I tried contacting the office through email, and multiple phone calls, no one seems to answer or call me back for an appointment. My social media will also reflect what I have said on here!!!!! I'm telling everyone I know to do to Saint Louis at Dr.Rottlers. Ohh and you should NOT raise prices ... read more
