United Site Services goes above and beyond. Andre is one of the drivers that services our tanks he was very polite efficient and helped resolve our issue with no hesitation. Did have issues with the previous driver Dewayne who was very rude and unapproachable glad for the change. John the manager goes out of his way to make sure we are serviced and satisfied.
Their drivers have no respect. Driving 30mph down a dirt road with posted signs asking drivers to limit their speed and then using the center lane of a highway to illegaly merge into traffic. People like this don't belong in a decent society
USS Excel at what they do! Nothing ever goes smooth but it’s how it gets handled and USS does it all well.
They are never on time, they make up more excuses than any other vendor I’ve ever used. The manager for this branch does not know how to run a business. I would highly suggest looking at other vendors before going with United.
They did alright for a few weeks. Then they just stopped showing up. Super nice people on the phone. But no service, they claim someone came by, but I can see they did not. Will have to cancel I think.
