Have asked 4 times to have this porta potty cleaned and still no nothing

If there was no star, that would be my review. This is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. Wedding was the 21st of June, pick up of potties was to be the 23rd of June. The porta potties are still here a week later. Each time they are called, we are told tomorrow. It is impossible to talk to dispatch. Each time I called, it was a location in another state. My advice would be to never use this company.

United dropped this unit in front of my house over two weeks ago. I called and they told me it was accidentally dropped off at the wrong address. I called daily with nobody ever calling me back. They said they would pick up last Friday 6/19, but it is still here. I am always told someone in operations will get ahold of me. I filed a claim with the city and they are now going to have obstruction unit following up. I let United know I filed the claim. This has created a safety issue and they refuse to take care of it. The guy that does the porta potties needs to quit going at least 35-40 mph down back streets by busy parks. He almost hit someone today that was crossing the road as he came barreling out of nowhere.

This company abandoned a porta-potty in front of my property for months and continuously failed to maintain or pick it up- despite me and my neighbors calling daily. They told us it would be picked up last month and it is still outside as I write this. The lack of follow through & care for people is absolutely terrible - do you very thing you can to avoid renting from this company.
