If I could give negative stars I would. While the call center people seem great on the phone, there is zero communication from local sites to you. I signed a contract for service on May 7th for a party at my home June 28th. I called on 26th to confirm and was told everything was on schedule for delivery the 27th. I didn't expect to be writing a review of this company that I'd never heard of before, but here it goes.. I was picking up my child from elementary school when one of their port-o-potty pumping trucks hastily drove up right in the line of parents in cars waiting to pick up their children. (awful timing by the driver) The truck driver asked the car behind me to move, and then quickly backed in between my car and the car behind me.
