I wish there was no star but this company delivered a port a potty on my property when it was destined for another location. I have been on the phone with this company for the past 24 hours and they can still can’t remove this from my property. This has been more than 24 hours defacing my property and no one can remove it! Where is the accountability? You drop off at wrong location and no one to correct their mistakes. Unbelievable!!!!!

I guess my first review was deleted, maybe a little too descriptive of their horrific customer service. My account representative never solved any of my problems and flat out lied to my face. I asked to have our credit card removed from automatic billing and she said yes ofcourse. Can you guess what happened next, my company got an automatic charge the next month. I was told by apparently a more competent customer service agent that it is company policy to have a credit card on file. probably another lie, doesn't matter beca... read more
