I guess my first review was deleted, maybe a little too descriptive of their horrific customer service. My account representative never solved any of my problems and flat out lied to my face. I asked to have our credit card removed from automatic billing and she said yes ofcourse. Can you guess what happened next, my company got an automatic charge the next month. I rented a fence from united site company late January through July 22nd. for $2,590.96. Last week i called and spoke to a lady by the name of Christen Gutierrez to extend my contract for 2-3 months. She then quoted me $1,900 for 2 months which clearly doesn’t make any sense. I then made contact with her via email asking her to speak to a supervisor and nobody has responded back to me.
