Can't 3ven get them to pick up there dumpster s after we let them go for not swapping them out regularly

Cannot get them to fulfill the weekly cleaning. Job site toilets have become unusable. Every time I think it’s resolved…I talk to someone else who tells me I’m not even on the schedule. It’s embarrassing how bad they are and how much they have declined in the last month.

These guys are TERRIBLE. They bought out PBS. PBS was great. We've had a porta potty on site for several years with them. Once United Site Services took over, every transaction was completely dysfunctional. I ended up dropping them and going with Tate. Better service and better price! With USS, you think you resolved a payment issue after 6 different calls and yet, someone contacts you a 7th time. Right hand has NO clue the left hand even exists.

Horrible company. We had a potty for several month while building our home. The paper holder was broken from day one and never fixed. Not that that mattered because they always left paper with dirt all over it anyway therefore I always provided my own paper. Then, when I called to have it picked up they told me it may be a few weeks before someone would be out to pick it up because they were short handed.
