Literally the worst company I have dealt with. If I could give this company "Zero" stars I would. I had a small problem with my credit card and they just went ahead and took the unit back within the monthly period (about 28 days) that I would be obligated to pay for in full. They do not pro-rate and knowing this they still took the unit back 4 days into my monthly charge. I would have been less dissatisfied if they had left the unit there for the whole monthly period that I was going to be forced to pay even though they pick... read more

United Site Service who covers 07087 NJ area didn't clean the portable toilet for 3 consecutive weeks! (BTW we have auto payment with them, so no payment issues here) When we called, only answering service took down the messages but nobody ever calls back! Horrible service, not professional at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been a long term customers of Mr. John but since United Site Services took over it's been a complete disaster. Most recently, the company raised their prices by 300%!!!!! we have one unit at a jobsite at $114 and they delivered another one two weeks later for $350 saying "our prices went up a little bit"!!! Since when an increase of almost 300% is "a little bit"??????? WE were not sent any notification of such extreme increase and they sent out a unit which we canceled before deliv... read more
