Very very shifty service here at the San Antonio Branch. We have gotten to the point where it is very unsanitary and a threat to the health of our employees. I have called a couple of times and both times have been completely ignored and the driver has turned in the report that they serviced the units. Here it is May 2 and the units have not been serviced since April 15. 2 promised service calls missed. Cannot keep appointment and has customer on my case due to their lack of action. Service department lacking

Gen, I don’t have time to go back and forth about this, but I will pay this invoice; however, I’m still disputing the amount since the unit was never serviced since it was dropped off. We should only pay the August payment if the driver actually shows up to clean the unit… You should be crediting us $426.42. I will be reporting this to BBB and Google reviews.
