Several of my large shades in my Jayco needed to be replaced or to be restrung. Tried many months to find the same ones with no success. Called Melissa at United and she said they were discontinued but she thought they might have some left in the warehouse. She gave the information to Alena who found the shades in their computer and confirmed them. Then they located them. These women are professional, patient and kind to go through so much trouble. Ordered the string to repair shades and this is the dumbest shade system on the planet! I would rather just have roller blinds than deal with this$&#&. Do not order repair kit unless you have patients of a saint. It's a total pain in the @$$.
We have a new airstream which admittedly makes everything like new components great; however these shades are so good at blocking out light that we are pleased with everything about them!
Ordered some sting from and they charged $17.14 for shipping a envelope that should not have been more than $3.00
