I use to love this place but over the years it has became almost impossible to go their. They judge you, talk about your business to other people which breaks the hippa laws. Case management was a wonderful opportunity but now all the good case managers have left because of united services negatively. I was in case management all the sudden they stopped seeing me and ignoring my phone calls with no explanation at all. They do not return your phone calls. They just leave you hanging.
Don’t waste your time here. Staff is not helpful at all and they do not care about your psychiatric needs. They also CHARGE you for your OWN medical records. Go elsewhere, trust me!!!
I’ve been trying with this place for the longest in the last 4-6 months. Today, I had an appointment and they lied to me about the time. My therapist (Jessica) was a complete joke in my opinion. Her Supervisor was no help and they honestly don’t care about their clients. It is all about numbers and money to them and I’m glad I’m moving on. This is THE LAST PLACE ANYONE SHOULD BE SEEKING ANY MENTAL HEALTH FROM!
