They do not return your phone calls. They just leave you hanging.
I am posting to the Lighthouse of us. Several words, they should close the doors and lock them. It's suppose to be a place where you go to socialize but now it's a place where you go to get insulted and when your back is turn turned they insult you more. There is no structure their at all. I tried to give stuff away for friends and that even failed. They need new director, new staff and rebuild it all over to what it was meant for. Don’t waste your time here. Staff is not helpful at all and they do not care about your psychiatric needs. They also CHARGE you for your OWN medical records. Go elsewhere, trust me!!!
I’ve been trying with this place for the longest in the last 4-6 months. Today, I had an appointment and they lied to me about the time. My therapist (Jessica) was a complete joke in my opinion. Her Supervisor was no help and they honestly don’t care about their clients. It is all about numbers and money to them and I’m glad I’m moving on. This is THE LAST PLACE ANYONE SHOULD BE SEEKING ANY MENTAL HEALTH FROM!
