I am an advocate, and my client had an appointment scheduled for 2/12/2026 at 9AM. My client arrived to the facility at 9:02AM and informed the front desk receptionist that they were present for their 9AM appointment with Danielle. Upon checking in, the receptionist confirmed my client’s name and asked if they would like to complete a survey. I use to love this place but over the years it has became almost impossible to go their. They judge you, talk about your business to other people which breaks the hippa laws. Case management was a wonderful opportunity but now all the good case managers have left because of united services negatively. I was in case management all the sudden they stopped seeing me and ignoring my phone calls with no explanation at all. They do not return your phone calls. They just leave you hanging.

I am posting to the Lighthouse of us. Several words, they should close the doors and lock them. It's suppose to be a place where you go to socialize but now it's a place where you go to get insulted and when your back is turn turned they insult you more. There is no structure their at all. I tried to give stuff away for friends and that even failed. They need new director, new staff and rebuild it all over to what it was meant for.
