HVAC was not running due to outside temperate being cold. The tech spent 2.5 hours the first day diagnosing, suggesting that the control board and sensors needed to be replaced. Came back the next day when temperate was warmer and the unit worked fine. Was still charged $487 for the work even though I have a service contract with them, which they discounted to $387 after numerous calls. Unfortunately, my air conditioning was not working and I needed to get 2 new HVAC systems replaced, and they did an excellent job of getting the units and installing than quickly.
Mr. Manuel Hernandez came to my home to service my three HVAC units. He was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable bout what he was doing. He cleaned one of my units in addition to performing annual maintenance. He did an excellent job and left the areas around my three units spotless. I would highly recommend United Service Specialists for your HVAC service needs.
I have to say that they did a wonderful job. Great communication, on-time, and sent out a great plumber. I will definitely do business with them in the future!
