We have had many service visits from United Service. From our twice-yearly seasonal service to the complete replacement of a roof-mounted HVAC unit, I have found them professional and pleasant to work with. The office staff is efficient—they answer my questions promptly and completely. The techs show up on time, with everything they need to complete the task. Had an interaction with one of their drivers this morning at AJ Kings in Salem. He was rude and did not come across the somebody I'd want to welcome into my home to do work. Being a good human being doesn't cost anything!

Called this company today for our ice machine. This company was listed on the preferred list of repair companies from the ice machine manufacturer. When I called a woman answered the phone. I explained that we needed service on our ice maker. She then told me that she couldn't help me that they were very busy and weren't taking new customers. Don’t bother calling them totally rip off ! As well as takes forever. So they can make money On the time they putting making stores so they can get away and I m sure 99/100 they might get away cause They know customers don’t know so they takes advantage of that. I won’t call them ever!

Great Company, we have been using them for a few years in multiple locations. When they finish a job, it is done correctly.
