United Security Bank in Bakersfield has some of the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a bank. We recently went through a very tough situation with my elderly mother and they went above and beyond to help make a bad situation much more tolerable. The Branch Manager was kind and helpful and Lucia was so very patient, kind, and professional. If I lived in Bakersfield, I would certainly bank with them. We need more people like this in the world.
Horrible service! I'm fed up with this bank! I'm taking my business and money somewhere else!
Update: I get home, expecting my card. My partner had followed up while I was gone and was told, "the card must've got lost." I still have no card. I have to wait to go in because now I have to work 12 hour shifts and can't get back in there. So I get to wait another week or two? Wow, just wow. I'm just fed up. Within the past few months, quality of the credit union has gone VERY downhill. 1st the issue of my check not being deposited in my account: told by the help desk there was an issue with the ATM machine but when I wen... read more
