We thought we'd get a "person touch" kind of banking experience moving to a local bank from Bank of America... boy, were we wrong. United Security Bank was a huge disappointment. Terrible customer service, the app was slow and sluggish and often times just wouldn't load up, bank hours were ever-shrinking and deposits were soooooo slow to reflect on our balance.
