Don't use these crooks. – Ok, so - I called around and these guys had the best price on unscreened topsoil ... BUT ... lowest price isn't always the best way to go. He quoted me a price per load and, being the haggler that I am (who isn't?), I asked him if he would take $10 off the load price if I ordered 2 loads. He says yes. Next day the delivery guy shows up and bills us the full price. "No biggy" I think - he must've just spaced it, so I call him back.
